Fluid Transfer School is aimed at attracting top tier drivers right out of CDL School. Traditionally, many oilfield and trucking firms require 2 years of verifiable driving experience before you can get a job. This program guarantees a high paying job in only 30 days! As well as getting paid to go through the fluid transfer program. This program will offer paid internships at Press Energy Services to the top tier CDL graduates. Each student will receive $1,000 per week pay and free housing during the 30-day program. After going through the 30-day program you will receive a fluid transfer certificate and job placement at Press Energy Services or another carrier in the network area. With the completion of Fluid Transfer School you will be waived from a Short Service Employee status and approved to drive/work at any of the approved locations by yourself with approved vendors in the network. Requirements include: having a CDL with Tanker endorsement, pass a background check, and sign a 2-year non-compete clause from driving at any other carrier that is not in the approved network. Why 2 years? Most trucking companies can’t insure you without 2 years of verifiable experience anyway and we want to recoup our internship program investment in the driver.
